Real people. Real work. Real change.

Pathway To Pay supports people experiencing homelessness, domestic violence, and re-entry who are ready to work but blocked by barriers like lack of supplies, transportation, and support. These stories show what happens when someone gets access to work and the coaching and resources to keep it.

"Within days, he was completing jobs and earning money. Today, he works regular routes and is being connected to shelter and housing partners so he can move from street homelessness into stable housing while continuing to earn income."

"That income gave her stability, dignity, and the ability to plan her future. Today, she is moving toward stable housing and financial independence — no longer trapped by crisis. For survivors of violence, work is not just income — it is safety."

What Makes Us Different

We don’t just help people find jobs — we help them keep them.
Pathway To Pay provides ongoing coaching, accountability, and real-world support so participants learn how to succeed at work, navigate challenges, and build long-term stability.

People don’t fail because they don’t want to work.
They fail because no one removes the barriers and stays with them through the hard part.

Pathway To Pay does exactly that.
